Medical Condition: A review of the literature found that pregnant women with high birth performance will have a low fear of childbirth. (Thipphawan, Piyanut, & Nonglak, 2019) It was found that at present, there are different forms of care by organizing programs to reduce fear of childbirth. But no studies have been done in teenage pregnancy. Only one study was found in general and first-pregnant women. The researcher is interested in using the application via mobile phone because information can be conveniently received anywhere and at any time. The researcher is interested in developing childbirth self-efficacy enhancement program together with application on fear of childbirth among pregnant teenagers. To encourage teenage pregnancy to have their competence in giving birth. As a result, teenage pregnancy have reduced fear of childbirth. Medical Condition: Acupuncture and Moxibustion are traditional treatments in China and are widely used in clinical practice. In the treatment of AD, it has the characteristics of multiple levels, multiple pathways, and multiple targets, and the advantages of reliable efficacy and few side effects[7, 8]. Recent systematic reviews have shown [9, 10] that acupuncture combined with Western medicine is superior to Western medicine alone in improving cognitive function and activities of daily living in AD patients. At the same time, these systematic reviews also point out that there are serious methodological shortcomings in current randomized controlled trials on acupuncture treatment of AD, such as randomization problems, lack of sample size estimation, and no blind method [9-11]. These deficiencies also lead to a low strength of evidence for the research results, limiting the application of acupuncture in AD. Limited by acupuncture treatment modalities, strict double-blind cannot be achieved in clinical practice [12], and whether its clinical efficacy belongs to the placebo effect is controversial[13, 14]. At present, domestic and foreign scholars are continuously exploring the optimization of placebo acupuncture in order to explore the specific effect of acupuncture[15].This study will study the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Western medicine in the treatment of mild to moderate AD by randomized, single-blind, placebo acupuncture parallel control method. Medical Condition: Animal experiments analysing anti-hyperalgesic effects of Coxibs show inconsistent results due to different used dosages and varying different pain models. Theoretical the use of NSAIDs is rational, particularly of Coxibs as a part of the neuropathic pain management. But in the newest topical review, there is no valid information available about the effectiveness of these drugs in human neuropathic pain models or in patients with different underlying mechanism, e.g. with or without hyperalgesia. Medical Condition: Children born with congenital CMV infection may develop sequelae on follow-up, particularly sensorineural hearing loss. A recent systematic review reports that 13.5% of babies with congenital CMV infection develop sensorineural hearing loss on follow-up. Of babies who develop sensorineural hearing loss, more than a quarter of babies born with symptomatic congenital CMV disease and almost 40% of babies born with asymptomatic CMV infection will have delayed-onset hearing loss. Medical Condition: Rationale of the studyPhysical therapy education is increasingly utilizing instructional videos to improve student learning. According to the systematic review, instructional videos are just as effective as traditional lectures for teaching physical therapy. However, the study found unclear results on the effectiveness of interactive versus non-interactive video for theoretical instruction and practical skill in physical therapy. In our prior experience teaching range of motion (ROM) to physical therapy students, we discovered ineffective teaching outcomes, such as students who were confused about the fundamentals of how to use a goniometer to measure ROM due to a lack of practice time for the skill teaching as well as the large number of joints and directions of joint movement. The use of instructional videos in the classroom can help students learn more effectively and find solutions to ROM teaching issues. The best kind of videos to use for teaching students how to measure ROM remain questionable, nonetheless, due to their design. Therefore, the goal of this study was to compare interactive and non-interactive range of motion video for physical therapy students.
