FINGER DERMATOGLYPHICS OF EPILEPSY PATIENTS
Finger-ball prints of 50 (males-33, females-17) epileptic patients were collected along with, the same number of normal healthy controls (males-28, females-22), belonging to the same geographical area. The parameters included in the study are bilateral presence of patterns, bimanual differences, pattern intensity index, Dankmeijer's index, Furuhata's index and value of TRC. While comparing the patient and control sample by percentage, frequencies and indices, deviations have been noted..
