The invention discloses an alarm method in a nursing process and a computer readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a data collection result obtained through the data collection of a nursing object, and obtaining an initial alarm judgment standard; determining the data quality of the data acquisition result; adjusting the initial alarm judgment standard by using the data quality to obtain a target alarm judgment standard; and judging whether the data acquisition result meets a target alarm judgment standard or not, and if yes, executing an alarm operation. The initial alarm judgment standard is flexibly adjusted through the data quality of the data acquisition result, so that the target alarm judgment standard obtained after adjustment is matched with the data quality of the data acquisition result, and the accuracy of subsequent alarm judgment is improved..
