Preparation method of ocean polysaccharide special-shaped gel drug-loaded microspheres simulating pitaya seed structure
The invention discloses a preparation method of ocean polysaccharide special-shaped gel drug-loaded microspheres simulating a pitaya seed structure. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a mixed solution of adhesive ocean polysaccharide molecules and whey protein; (2) adding a water-soluble drug into the mixed solution obtained in the step (1), uniformly stirring, and standing in a refrigerator to obtain a water-soluble drug/marine polysaccharide/whey protein solution; or mixing the material obtained in the step (1) with an ethanol/soybean lecithin solution of a fat-soluble drug, adding a surfactant, and homogenizing to obtain an oil-in-water emulsion; and (3) slowly dripping the material obtained in the step (2) into an ionic cross-linking agent solution in a continuous stirring state under a negative pressure condition for cross-linking, then soaking in an enteric coating solution, and finally drying to obtain the pitaya seed structure-imitated marine polysaccharide special-shaped gel drug-loaded microspheres. The drug-loaded microspheres prepared by the invention are easier to adhere to intestinal tracts, and the drug action time is prolonged, so that the bioavailability of oral drugs is improved..
