Application of corydalis tuber extract in preparation of anti-anaphylactoid drugs
The invention discloses application of a rhizoma corydalis extract in preparation of an anti-anaphylactoid drug, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of the anti-anaphylactoid drug. By comparing P815 cell degranulation and inflammatory factor release, mouse local skin anaphylactoid reaction inflammatory infiltration degree and mouse systemic allergy symptoms, the treatment effect of the medicine on anaphylactoid diseases is evaluated, and it is determined that the rhizoma corydalis extract can be used for preparing the anti-anaphylactoid medicine.
