Injectable hydrogel as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses injectable hydrogel and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps that a solution A and a solution B which can obtain the hydrogel through mixing are provided, and the solution A comprises the steps that polydopamine is dispersed in a solution of recombinant collagen containing grafted hydrazide groups to obtain the solution A; the solution B is prepared by dispersing Se and Mg co-doped hydrophilic hydroxyapatite into a solution containing oxidized chondroitin sulfate, so that the solution B is obtained. The injectable hydrogel disclosed by the invention effectively combines the photothermal effect of polydopamine, the tumor inhibition and cell growth promotion characteristics of selenium and magnesium doped hydroxyapatite, the good biocompatibility of chondroitin sulfate and the cell growth promotion characteristics of recombinant collagen, realizes osteosarcoma ablation-bone tissue repair through treatment under a light photothermal condition, and has the advantages of high biocompatibility, high biocompatibility and high biocompatibility. The device has the characteristics of rapidly ablating tumors and realizing bone defect repair..
