Application of cefcapone pivoxil hydrochloride hydrate in preparation of medicine for treating sepsis
The invention relates to the field of biological medicine, in particular to application of a cefcarpoxime hydrochloride hydrate in preparation of a medicine for treating sepsis. The research finds that the cefcaponate hydrochloride hydrate can significantly inhibit N-terminal oligomerization of GSDMD so as to inhibit pyroptosis, prevent immune cells from being excessively activated, and prolong the survival time of mice with sepsis caused by bacterial infection..
