Anti-inflammatory cartilage regeneration promoting material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses an anti-inflammatory cartilage regeneration promoting material and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of biomedical materials. The anti-inflammatory cartilage regeneration promoting material comprises a PLGA (50: 50) polymeric high polymer material and a huperzine A derivative dimer loaded on the PLGA polymeric high polymer material through 3D printing. The invention further provides application of the anti-inflammatory cartilage regeneration promoting material in preparation of drugs for resisting inflammation, protecting cartilage or promoting cartilage regeneration. The PLGA/A10E scaffold disclosed by the invention has good biocompatibility, and a degradation release liquid of the PLGA/A10E scaffold can effectively promote cartilage precursor cells to differentiate into cartilage and increase formation of a cartilage collagen matrix and cartilage proteoglycan. The PLGA/A10E stent in-vitro degradation liquid can promote the expression of SOX9 under a non-inflammatory condition; the expression of MMP-13 can be inhibited under the condition of LPS-mediated inflammation, so that the synthesis of a cartilage matrix is promoted, and the degradation of the cartilage matrix is inhibited..
