Preparation method, product and application of chitosan thioketal active oxygen scavenging hydrogel
The invention discloses a preparation method of chitosan thioketal active oxygen scavenging hydrogel as well as a product and application of the chitosan thioketal active oxygen scavenging hydrogel, firstly, thioketal chitosan is prepared by adopting amidation reaction, and then the hydrogel is prepared. The hydrogel prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention shows good injectability, and compared with chitosan, the thioketal modified hydrogel has a better removal effect on NO. Compared with corresponding chitosan, the low-viscosity modified thioketal chitosan hydrogel has an optimal antibacterial effect due to good water solubility, the antibacterial rate of the low-viscosity modified thioketal chitosan hydrogel reaches (99.93 +/-0.105)%, the antibacterial rate of the high-viscosity modified chitosan hydrogel reaches (91.57 +/-10.813)%, and the inhibition rate of the medium-viscosity modified chitosan is (67.09 +/-10.426)%. The thioketal chitosan is expected to be applied to new medicinal dosage forms and medical biological materials such as chronic wound gel, antibacterial and anti-reactive oxygen gel dressings and the like..
