Dendrobium stem rubbing device
The invention relates to the technical field of dendrobe processing, in particular to a dendrobe stem rubbing device which comprises a shell, a vertical square cylinder is fixedly mounted on the shell, a dendrobe rubbing mechanism is arranged in the vertical square cylinder, an auxiliary flattening mechanism is movably mounted in the shell, and a leaf sheath rinsing mechanism for discharging is arranged on the right side of the shell. The dendrobium kneading mechanism comprises mounting plates symmetrically mounted at the upper end of the vertical square cylinder, electric push rods are fixedly mounted on the mounting plates, and the lower ends of the electric push rods extend into the vertical square cylinder and are fixedly provided with L-shaped kneading plates. By arranging the dendrobium kneading mechanism and utilizing mutual cooperation between an L-shaped kneading plate and an electric push rod, kneading and leaf sheath removing processing of dendrobium stems can be automatically completed, and the dendrobium stems subjected to primary kneading processing can gradually fall into a lower kneading area to be subjected to secondary kneading, so that the uniformity of kneading processing can be effectively improved; the problem that the inner-layer dendrobium stems cannot be fully rubbed is avoided..
