Preparation method and application of dendritic polymer surface functionalized nano-hydroxyapatite
The invention provides a preparation method and application of dendritic polymer surface functionalized nano-hydroxyapatite, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing a diammonium hydrogen phosphate solution with hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide powder to obtain a modified diammonium hydrogen phosphate solution; s2, dropwise adding the modified diammonium hydrogen phosphate solution into a calcium nitrate solution, and adding ammonia water to obtain a colloidal suspension with a white precipitate; s3, the colloidal suspension is subjected to a reaction under the condition of 160-190 DEG C, and nano-hydroxyapatite is obtained through the reaction; and S4, dissolving the amino-terminated polyamide-amine dendritic polymer in water, and then gradually adding the nano-hydroxyapatite into the amino-terminated polyamide-amine dendritic polymer solution, so as to obtain the dendritic polymer surface functionalized nano-hydroxyapatite. The dendritic polymer surface functionalized nano-hydroxyapatite prepared by the invention can be stabilized on the surface of collagen fiber exposed in a dentinal tubule, so that the exposed dentinal tubule is sealed..
