Biological coupling method of extracellular vesicles and alpha, beta-unsaturated carbonyl compounds
The invention discloses a biological coupling method of an extracellular vesicle and an alpha, beta-unsaturated carbonyl compound, which comprises the following steps: catalyzing primary amine on the surface of the extracellular vesicle and the alpha, beta-unsaturated carbonyl compound to generate Michael addition reaction through proper alkali, and finishing direct coupling of the extracellular vesicle and the alpha, beta-unsaturated carbonyl compound through a one-step method; a compound containing an alpha, beta-unsaturated carbonyl structure characteristic, such as a fluorescent tracer or a medicinal natural product, can be directly coupled to the extracellular vesicle through the method disclosed by the invention, and the coupling process is completed under the condition of not influencing the morphology, membrane structure and biological function of the extracellular vesicle; the tracing and drug loading research on the extracellular vesicles are facilitated..
