Transition metal substituted polyoxometalates and their use in treatment of cancer
The invention discloses transition metal substituted polyoxometallate, a preparation method thereof and application of the transition metal substituted polyoxometallate in preparation of drugs for treating cancers. The polyoxometallate ion of the polyoxometallate is [A4 (H2O) 2 (P2W15O56) 2] m <->, A is a transition metal ion, and m is a charge number. Transition metal is introduced into three-vacancy Dawson type phosphotungstate to be coordinated with the three-vacancy Dawson type phosphotungstate, the prepared polyacid compound is more stable in structure, meanwhile, the polyacid compound sensitive to X rays is synthesized by utilizing the characteristics of the introduced metal, and in-vivo and in-vitro experiments prove that the prepared polyacid compound is sensitive to radiotherapy and successfully inhibits tumor growth. The method has the advantages of simple synthesis steps, low cost, good biocompatibility, high radiotherapy sensitivity, and good application prospects in tumor treatment..
