Poria cocos sporocarp extract and application thereof
The invention discloses a poria cocos sporocarp extract and application thereof. The preparation method of the poria cocos sporocarp extract comprises the following steps: inoculating a poria cocos strain into a tissue culture bottle containing a PDA culture medium, carrying out dark culture for 7 days under the conditions that the relative humidity is 70-80% and the temperature is 26-30 DEG C, and then carrying out light-dark alternate culture for 12 hours until sporocarp is generated; and adding water or 75% ethanol into the sporocarp, soaking, carrying out ultrasonic extraction for 50-80 minutes, filtering, and concentrating the filtrate to obtain the poria cocos sporocarp extract. The effects of reducing NO content, improving phagocytic activity of macrophages, promoting multiplication capacity of the macrophages and the like of the poria cocos sporocarp extract provided by the invention are higher than those of poria cocos sclerotium, so that the effect of the poria cocos sporocarp extract provided by the invention is better than that of the sclerotium in the aspect of immunoregulation; a new direction is provided for development of immunoregulation drugs or functional foods, development and utilization of poria cocos sporocarp products are facilitated, meanwhile, damage to ecological resources can be prevented, and the poria cocos sporocarp has ecological resource protection value..
