Zinc ferrite nanosheet carbon monoxide sensor material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of gas sensors, in particular to a zinc ferrite nanosheet carbon monoxide sensor material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. Compared with a ZnO carbon monoxide sensor, the zinc ferrite nanosheet carbon monoxide sensor material is low in precious metal doping cost, simple in preparation process, high in repeatability and extremely high in carbon monoxide detection sensitivity, and meanwhile, compared with a traditional zinc gas sensor, the working temperature of the zinc ferrite nanosheet carbon monoxide sensor material can be greatly improved; and the catalyst can well respond to carbon monoxide at 120 DEG C..
