The invention provides a preparation method of a Chinese herbal medicine fermented product. A fermentation substrate is provided, the fermentation substrate comprises Chinese herbal medicine raw materials and water, and the Chinese herbal medicine raw materials are composed of astragalus, bighead atractylodes rhizome, ampelopsis japonica, rhizoma polygonati, ligusticum wallichii, apricot kernels and divaricate saposhnikovia roots.
