The invention relates to an atomization method of chain solution mist, which comprises the following steps of: performing atomization treatment on a solution of a plurality of medicines participating in atomization fusion at normal temperature, and performing temperature monitoring and temperature control in the atomization process; discharging the obtained mist of the various medicines into a sealed mixing chamber, and standing for a set time period at normal temperature until molecular group particles of the mist of the various medicines are linked together and naturally and slowly fused along with time extension; by means of the method, the medicine solution is atomized at the normal temperature, molecular group particles of the mist are linked together at the normal temperature and naturally and slowly fused along with time extension, and the obtained chain-soluble mist has the following characteristics that the physical and chemical properties of the functional medicine cannot be changed; water-based molecular group particles smaller than 3 microns can be locked and do not volatilize; water molecular group particles larger than 5 microns and smaller than 30 microns are not settled; the long-time suspension time in a closed space is longer than 30 minutes; the stability is better; the application prospect is very wide..
