Method for comprehensively recycling and utilizing cocoon cooking wastewater
The invention discloses a method for comprehensively recycling and utilizing cocoon cooking wastewater, which comprises the following steps: step 1, filtering the cocoon cooking wastewater for the first time, then enabling the filtered cocoon cooking wastewater to flow into a first liquid storage device for storage, and concentrating the filtrate in the first liquid storage device by using ultrafiltration membrane equipment with the molecular weight cutoff of 10000 Da to obtain an ultrafiltration concentrated solution; wherein after concentration, concentrated water flows back to the first liquid storage device, and fresh water is stored in the second liquid storage device; step 2, concentrating the fresh water in the second liquid storage device by using nanofiltration membrane equipment with molecular weight cutoff of 1000Da to obtain a nanofiltration concentrated solution; wherein the concentrated water flows back to the second liquid storage device, the fresh water is stored in the third liquid storage device, and the fresh water in the third liquid storage device is recycled for a silk reeling process. After the treatment of the steps, the recycling of sericin in the wastewater is realized, the additional values of the cocoon cooking wastewater and fabrics are increased, and the treated fresh water is reused in a silk reeling process, so that the resource utilization rate is increased, and the double values of economic benefit and environmental benefit are realized..
