3-indole-deoxy carbon glycoside and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses 3-indole-deoxy carbon glycoside and a preparation method thereof.According to the 3-indole-deoxy carbon glycoside and the preparation method thereof, a glycal donor and an indole derivative which are easy to synthesize are used as raw materials, indole C-3 glycosylation reaction is catalyzed through a cheap metal catalyst, and the 3-indole-deoxy carbon glycoside is constructed. According to the preparation method, the 3-indole-deoxy carbon glycoside can be prepared with high regioselectivity and stereoselectivity. The preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of easily available raw materials, mild reaction conditions, wide substrate applicability, simplicity and convenience in operation and the like. The prepared 3-indole-deoxy carbon glycoside has potential biological activity, can be used as a fine chemical intermediate to be widely applied to various organic reactions and synthesis of drugs for treating type II diabetes, and has considerable application value..
