Fucoxanthine-containing extract as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of an extract containing fucoxanthine. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) cutting dry kelp into small blocks, cleaning the small blocks with drinking water, and infiltrating the small blocks; (2) adding edible alcohol into the kelp dices infiltrated by drinking water, and infiltrating; (3) adding sesame oil into the edible alcohol infiltrated kelp dices for infiltrating; (4) extracting the kelp dices infiltrated by water, edible alcohol and sesame oil in an ultrasonic environment; and (5) separating the edible alcohol in the extracting solution to obtain the fucoxanthine-containing extract. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, the edible alcohol is rapidly infiltrated into the kelp by utilizing the property of mutual dissolution of alcohol and water, and then the sesame oil is added for ultrasonic extraction, so that the fucoxanthine is continuously transferred into an oil phase, and rapid extraction of the fucoxanthine component in the kelp is realized..
