Keemun uniflower swisscentaury root sterone compound as well as extraction method and anti-tumor application thereof
The invention relates to ketosteroid compounds in uniflower swisscentaury root as well as an extraction method and anti-tumor application thereof, the ketosteroid compounds have a structure as shown in a formula I. Active ingredients of the uniflower swisscentaury root are researched, a plurality of ketosteroid compounds are separated from uniflower swisscentaury root reed rhizome, two of the ketosteroid compounds are found for the first time, and the ketosteroid compounds are separated from the uniflower swisscentaury root reed rhizome. Meanwhile, anti-tumor activity research is carried out on the sterone compounds obtained through separation, it is found that the compounds have inhibitory activity on a plurality of tumor cell strains, and a foundation is laid for in-depth research of active ingredients of uniflower swisscentaury roots and development of new drugs. # imgabs0 #.
