Preparation method and application of tortoise-shell glue polypeptide
The preparation method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) crushing tortoise plastron, adding water, carrying out heating reflux extraction, and filtering; (2) heating and continuously stirring and concentrating; (3) drying, namely drying again; (4) adding water for dissolving, then adding protease, and adjusting the temperature and the pH value for enzymolysis; and (5) heating, boiling, deactivating enzyme, cooling, centrifuging, and collecting supernate to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition. The tortoise-shell glue polypeptide (TSGH) is prepared by utilizing different enzymes, and potential anti-cancer peptides in the TSGH are predicted and explored by combining network pharmacology, a molecular docking technology and a calculation screening method. In addition, a hepatoma cell model is established, and the mechanism of the selected and synthesized peptides in treatment and prevention of hepatoma is researched. The invention finds the potential effects of FDF, FSG, LLLPKP and NGY on inhibiting proliferation of liver cancer cells, and clarifies the inhibiting effect of FDF on proliferation of liver cancer cells..
