The invention discloses an application of electrolytic reduction ionized water in redissolution, dispersion or atomization of lipid substances and compositions thereof. The method specifically comprises the application of the electrolytic reduction ionized water in redissolution of the lipid substances and the composition comprising the lipid substances and dispersion or atomization in a water phase. The electrolyzed and reduced ionized water can promote redissolution and emulsification of lipid substances or compositions containing the lipid substances, the emulsification and dispersion time of the lipid substances is remarkably shortened, the strength of an oil-water interface film is improved, the stability of uniform dispersion of the lipid substances in water is improved, and the particle size of water emulsion droplets is reduced. The method has the advantages that the effect of improving redissolution, dispersion or atomization of the lipid substances or the composition containing the lipid substances in a water phase by using the electrolytic reduction ionized water is remarkable, a new thought and a new approach are provided for improvement of inhalation or injection dosage forms of the medicine lipid substances or the composition containing the lipid substances and use simplicity and convenience, and the method is worthy of popularization and application.
