Application of TRPM2 inhibitor
The invention discloses an application of a TRPM2 inhibitor. According to the application, a mechanism for mediating liver cancer cell proliferation by the TRPM2 is established for the first time, the regulation process that the TRPM2 can mediate the cell proliferation through a Ca < 2 + >-CaM-CaMKII signal path is clarified, and a new target spot is provided for the development of medicines for treating liver cancer; and a new intervention strategy is provided for clinical intervention and treatment of liver cancer..
