Broad-spectrum streptococcus genetic engineering lyase and medical application thereof
The invention is applicable to the technical field of bioengineering, and provides broad-spectrum streptococcus gene engineering lyase and medical application thereof.The nucleotide sequence of the broad-spectrum streptococcus gene engineering lyase is shown as SEQ ID NO.1 in a sequence table, and the amino acid sequence of the broad-spectrum streptococcus gene engineering lyase is shown as SEQ ID NO.2 in the sequence table. The construction method comprises the following steps: designing an upstream primer and a downstream primer according to the nucleotide sequence; amplifying a nucleotide sequence of the broad-spectrum streptococcus gene engineering lyase by using the upstream primer and the downstream primer, and cloning the nucleotide sequence into an expression vector to obtain a recombinant plasmid; transferring the recombinant plasmid into a strain to obtain a recombinant strain; and the recombinant strain is utilized to induce expression of broad-spectrum streptococcus gene engineering lyase. The broad-spectrum streptococcus gene engineering lyase provided by the embodiment of the invention shows relatively strong acid-base and high-temperature resistance in vitro, and can be used for remarkably removing a mature biological membrane formed by streptococcus suis and streptococcus equi..
