METHOD FOR CULTURING CELL AND KIT AND DEVICE THEREFOR
To provide a method for incubation or culture for inducing growth, activation, co-stimulation and/or stimulation of survival, of a composition of cells such as a mass of lymphocytes.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for culturing T cells, including following steps of: (a) incubating a composition including T cells, under existence of a receptor binding substance, the receptor binding substance is (i) reversibly coupled to a reagent including a plurality of binding sites which can be reversibly bound to the receptor binding substance, and (ii) specifically binds to a molecule on the surfaces of the T cells, in a manner of inducing or modulating a signal on the T cell in the composition; and (b) breaking reverse binding between the receptor binding substance and the reagent, within 5 days since start of the incubation, for generating the cultured T cell.SELECTED DRAWING: None.
