Nano-drug for cis-platinum drug-resistant tumor glutamine interference therapy as well as preparation method and application of nano-drug
The invention provides a nano-drug for cis-platinum drug-resistant tumor glutamine interference therapy as well as a preparation method and application of the nano-drug. The nano-drug comprises a seed kernel and an amphiphilic shell. The seed inner core comprises cis-platinum and a glutamine inhibitor 6-diazo-5-oxo-L-n-leucine, the amphiphilic shell is hydrophilic polymer hyaluronic acid modified by a hydrophobic molecule 2-nitroimidazole, and the seed inner core and the amphiphilic shell form nano-particles in a self-assembly mode. The glutamine interference therapy nano-drug for the cis-platinum drug-resistant tumors is prepared by carrying out self-assembly on the glutamine interference therapy nano-drug, cis-platinum and 6-diazo-5-oxo-L-n-leucine in an aqueous solution to obtain the glutamine interference therapy nano-drug for the cis-platinum drug-resistant tumors. The nano-drug provided by the invention has hypoxia response performance, and can realize specific release of the drug at a cis-platinum drug-resistant tumor site..
