Application of cistanche deserticola extract and echinacoside in preparation of medicine with gastric mucosa protection effect

The invention belongs to the field of medicines, and particularly relates to application of a cistanche deserticola extract in preparation of a medicine which has a gastric mucosa protection effect and is used for preventing or treating gastric mucosal injury or gastric ulcer. Experimental results show that the cistanche extracts comprise tubulosa or desert cistanche total glycosides, tubulosa or desert cistanche polysaccharides, and tubulosa or desert cistanche oligosaccharides; according to the present invention, the compound has significant gastric mucosa protection effects on the gastric mucosa, and the monomeric compounds including salidroside, verbascoside, 2 '-acetyl verbascoside, tubuloside A, echinacoside and isoverbascoside. The application has the prospect of being developed into a medicine which has a gastric mucosa protection effect and is used for preventing or treating gastric mucosal injury and gastric ulcer, and has important clinical significance and commercial value..
