Tablet press
The invention discloses a tablet press, and relates to the technical field of pharmacy, the tablet press comprises a base, one side of the base is provided with an L-shaped beam, one end of the L-shaped beam is connected with a material storage barrel, the other side of the base is provided with an L-shaped seat, the upper part of the L-shaped seat is provided with a tablet pressing hydraulic cylinder, and an output shaft of the tablet pressing hydraulic cylinder is connected with a tablet press; a rotating shaft is rotationally arranged in the middle of the upper portion of the base, the upper end of the rotating shaft is connected with a base plate, tabletting cylinders are arranged on the upper portions of the two sides of the base plate in a penetrating mode, the upper portions and the lower portions of the tabletting cylinders are open, and the two tabletting cylinders are located under the storage cylinder and the tabletting device respectively. A rotary driving piece is arranged on the upper portion of the base and located on the front side of the rotary shaft, and a conveying belt is arranged in the middle of the front side of the base. According to the tablet press, after tablets are pressed, if the tablets adhere to the pressing plate and cannot fall off, under the work of the ejection hydraulic cylinder, the tablets adhering to the pressing plate can be ejected down through the ejection shaft, discharging of the tablets is facilitated, and manual taking is not needed..
