Application of gene knockout mutant zebrafish in preparation of pigment reduction animal model
The invention discloses an application of gene knockout mutant zebrafish in preparation of a pigment reduction animal model, the mutant zebrafish is included, and the mutant zebrafish is a zebrafish of 11 mutated basic groups from the 69th site to the 103rd site in a first exon of a krt5 gene. The heterozygote and homozygote phenotypes of the krt5 mutant zebrafish constructed by the invention are mainly as follows: the quantity of melanocytes is reduced. The gene knockout mutant zebrafish constructed by the invention shows a pigmentation disease phenotype, and can be used as an animal model for research and drug screening of pigmentation reducing diseases such as vitiligo, nevus, leukoderma, pigmentation reducing disease, tinea versicolor, hypopigmentation mushroom granulation and the like. The successfully established pigmented animal model has the characteristics of heredity, short period, low cost, high throughput and the like, and can provide an effective way for early screening, diagnosis research and drug screening of pigmented diseases..
