Resin filler composition for purifying human plasminogen and application thereof
The invention relates to a resin filler composition for purifying human plasminogen and application thereof. The resin comprises: (1) an anion exchange resin filler, which has a base frame of polyacrylate, a functional group of CH2N + (CH3) 3, a particle size of 70-90 [mu] m, a pressure resistance of 5 bar, a working pH range of 2-12, a stable chemical structure in solutions of methanol, ethanol, isopropanol and the like, and a tolerable temperature range of 4-30 DEG C; (2) affinity chromatography resin filler: 1) affinity chromatography resin filler with polyacrylate as a base frame, RNH (C7H12) COOH as a functional group, a particle size of about 80 [mu] m and a withstand pressure of 5 bar; or 2) an affinity chromatography resin filler with a base frame of porous cross-linked 6% agarose, a functional group of RNHCHOOH (CH2) 4NH2, a particle size of about 90 [mu] m, a withstand voltage of 3 bar and a working pH range of 2-12; and (3) cation exchange resin filler, wherein a base frame of the cation exchange resin filler is polyacrylate, and a functional group of the cation exchange resin filler is (CH3) 3SO3..
