Glucose-responsive polyamino acid multifunctional nano-vesicle as well as preparation and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent materials, in particular to glucose-responsive polyamino acid multifunctional nanoparticles and a preparation method and application thereof. The invention provides a polyamino acid multifunctional nano particle. The polyamino acid multifunctional nano particle comprises a polyamino acid derivative and glucose oxidase, the structure of the polyamino acid derivative is shown as a formula I. According to the sugar-responsive polyamino acid multifunctional nano-vesicle provided by the invention, the obtained nano-material has excellent sugar sensitivity, the structure and the function of the nano-material can be changed under a high-sugar condition, and the nano-material has high specificity and strong controllability, also has long-acting cycle performance, and effectively avoids the risk of hypoglycemia; the body fluorescence property endows the probe with excellent tracing performance; and the preparation method is simple, and the biocompatibility is good.
