Preparation method and application of zinc hyaluronate
The invention provides a preparation method of zinc hyaluronate, which comprises the following steps: adding sodium hyaluronate into an acidic water-containing organic medium containing zinc salt, and carrying out primary replacement to obtain a zinc hyaluronate precipitate; washing the precipitate with a washing liquid; and dehydrating the washed precipitate with a dehydration liquid, and drying to obtain the zinc hyaluronate powder. On the basis of a solid replacement method, the concentration of zinc salt in the replacement liquid, the volume of the replacement liquid, the replacement time and the number of replacement times are optimized, the problems that in an existing zinc hyaluronate production process, the number of replacement times is large, consumed time is long, molecular weight consumption is large, and the utilization rate of zinc salt is low are solved, the production period is greatly shortened, and the replacement efficiency is improved; the contact time of the raw material and the acid displacement liquid is reduced, and the great reduction of the molecular weight of the product is avoided.
