Plant essential oil composition with anti-candida activity as well as preparation method and application of plant essential oil composition
The invention discloses a plant essential oil composition with anti-candida activity and a preparation method thereof. The plant essential oil composition is composed of a clove light oil component and a cinnamon heavy oil component in a volume ratio of 1: 1-128: 1. A large number of experimental studies find that after the clove essential oil and the cinnamon essential oil which are not distilled and refined are combined, the anti-candida effect is poor, and no obvious synergistic interaction effect exists; and after the clove light oil component and the cinnamon heavy oil component which are obtained by distilling and refining again are combined according to the volume ratio of 1: 1, 8: 1 or 16: 1, the composition has a synergistic anti-candida effect, particularly has a very good synergistic effect on candida tropicalis, candida krusei and candida albicans, and can be used for preparing anti-candida medicines..
