Application of litchi pericarp alcohol extract in preparation of anti-inflammatory medicine and preparation method of litchi pericarp alcohol extract
The invention discloses application of a litchi pericarp alcohol extract in preparation of an anti-inflammatory medicine and a preparation method of the litchi pericarp alcohol extract. In the invention, the anti-inflammatory litchi pericarp alcohol extract is obtained by extracting litchi pericarp with 70% ethanol, and the litchi pericarp alcohol extract inhibits the generation of LPS-induced pro-inflammatory mediators (NO) and pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-alpha, IL-6 and IL-1beta) under the condition of no cytotoxicity; the litchi pericarp alcohol extract inhibits transcription of LPS-induced pro-inflammatory cytokine genes and expression of genes and proteins for synthesizing pro-inflammatory mediator enzymes (iNOS and COX-2); the litchi pericarp alcohol extract not only inhibits nuclear transfer of NF-kappa B by reducing phosphorylation and degradation of I kappa B alpha, but also inhibits phosphorylation of MPAKs (ERK, p38 and JNK); the compound has a remarkable inhibition effect on foot swelling induced by carrageenan, and has a remarkable anti-inflammatory effect in vivo and in vitro..
