Method for removing bitter of ganoderma lucidum water decoction
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine extraction, and particularly relates to a method for removing bitter of ganoderma lucidum water decoction. The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the existing lucid ganoderma product is heavy in bitter taste. The method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: clathrating a ganoderma lucidum water decoction with hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin (HP-beta-CD) to obtain a ganoderma lucidum clathrate solution; the clathration comprises the steps of mixing the ganoderma lucidum water decoction and the HP-beta-CD water solution, and then performing ultrasonic treatment. According to the invention, hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin is adopted to clathrate the ganoderma lucidum water decoction, so that the nutrient substances of the product are not affected, and the bitter taste is greatly removed.
