Colorectal cancer specific targeting exosome composition as a drug anticancer delivery and use thereof

The present invention relates to: a recombinant expression vector in which a gene expressing a ligand binding to a receptor of colorectal cancer cells is inserted into a gene expressed into extracellular vesicles of stem cells; a pharmaceutical composition comprising extracellular vesicles transformed by using the expression vector; and a method for preparing an expression vector for preventing or treating colorectal cancer. The present invention utilizes exosomes as extracellular vesicles as a drug delivery material and selectively binds to colorectal cancer cells, which are target cells, thereby providing an advantage of being able to have a specific action targeting colorectal cancer..
