Nano nucleic acid probe as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a nano nucleic acid probe capable of effectively and quickly screening multiple tumor markers in real time. The nano nucleic acid probe consists of a DNA tetrahedron, a detection single-stranded DNA and an auxiliary single-stranded DNA, the DNA tetrahedron is formed by four single-stranded DNAs through base complementary pairing, the detection single-stranded DNA is provided with a fluorophore and a fluorescence quenching group, and the detection single-stranded DNA and the auxiliary single-stranded DNA are respectively connected with two different single strands of the DNA tetrahedron through base complementary pairing. The nano nucleic acid probe disclosed by the invention is high in detection sensitivity and good in biological safety, can enter cells by self-transport, does not need other carriers, is suitable for detecting intracellular targets of living cells, and can be used for animal living imaging to realize real-time fluorescence labeling of tumors..
