Method for preparing bifidus yeast product lysate by utilizing plant exosome fermentation and application of bifidus yeast product lysate
The invention provides a method for preparing a bifidus yeast product lysate by utilizing plant exosome fermentation and application of the bifidus yeast product lysate, and relates to the technical field of cosmetics, on one hand, the invention provides a plant exosome obtaining method by utilizing a plant tissue culture technology, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, selecting an explant; the method comprises the following steps: selecting tender parts among root segments, stem buds, stem tips, leaves, embryos and pedicel nodes of dendrobium, ginseng and saussurea involucrata, and cutting segments with the length of 0.5-4cm as explants; and S2, disinfection of the explant. The method comprises the following steps of: cleaning with tap water, soaking in saturated bleaching powder supernatant for 5-20 minutes, continuously stirring during soaking, washing the soaked explant with running water, putting on an ultra-clean workbench, disinfecting with 75% alcohol for 10-60 seconds, cleaning with sterile water for 2-4 times, and soaking with 0.1-0.3% mercury bichloride for 5-20 minutes. The plant exosome is provided by utilizing a plant tissue culture technology, and the plant-derived exosome has a promoting effect and a composite effect on bifidobacterium longum subsp. Infantis (YJXB-01-21) derived from intestinal flora..
