Application of caffeic acid and medicine for preventing and treating oral squamous cell carcinoma
The invention provides application of caffeic acid and a medicine for preventing and treating oral squamous cell carcinoma. Comprising one or more of application in preparation of an oral squamous cell carcinoma tumor cell proliferation inhibitor, application in preparation of a medicine for inhibiting or treating oral squamous cell carcinoma tumor migration and application in preparation of a medicine for preventing and/or treating oral squamous cell carcinoma tumor. According to the application disclosed by the invention, caffeic acid is used as a molecular targeting drug to inhibit the growth of oral squamous cell carcinoma tumor cells and/or inhibit the occurrence, metastasis and invasion of tumors and reduce the propagation of cancer cells, so that an effective prevention and treatment means is provided for the oral squamous cell carcinoma; through combined application of epigenetic anti-cancer drugs and traditional chemotherapy drugs, multi-target treatment can be achieved, and the toxicity reducing and synergistic effects can be achieved to the maximum extent..
