Bionic nano-drug for preventing and treating dilated cardiomyopathy and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of pharmaceutical preparations and nano-medicine, and discloses a bionic nano-drug for preventing and treating dilated cardiomyopathy and a preparation method thereof.An inner core of the bionic nano-drug is active oxygen response/clearance nano-micelle (TPTN), and a bionic nano-composite (MTPTN) is prepared by wrapping TPTN with mitochondrial adventitia through a co-extrusion method.
