The invention provides goat milk added with sea cucumber peptide with the activity of reducing blood pressure and blood fat and application of the goat milk. The amino acid sequence of the sea cucumber peptide is LQVLTIEQLR; the sea cucumber active peptide has extremely high ACE inhibitory activity, and can effectively reduce the contents of total cholesterol (TC), triacylglycerol (TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) of a subject; the sea cucumber milk can also be used for supplementing adjuvants; the auxiliary agent is composed of a flavoring agent (cane sugar or a sweetening agent, a fishy smell removing agent and the like) and an additive (whey powder, cystine, ferric salt, water-soluble vitamins and the like). The sea cucumber active peptide disclosed by the invention is matched with a goat milk product for use to prepare sea cucumber milk which is rich in nutrition and has health care and treatment effects, can provide sufficient protein, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B5, vitamin E, taurine, unsaturated fatty acid and trace elements beneficial to a human body for a user, and has higher nutritional value and health care value..
