Persistent fragrance release adhesive film paper with sleep aiding effect for artificial board veneering
The invention relates to a lasting fragrance release microcapsule with a sleep aiding effect and adhesive film paper using the microcapsule and used for artificial board veneering. The microcapsule is characterized in that lavender compound essential oil with the sleep aiding effect is coated with a polyurea wall layer modified by POSS (polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane). By adopting the wall layer structure of the POSS grafted modified polyurea microcapsule, the strength of the wall layer of the microcapsule is enhanced, the integrity of the wall layer structure in the hot pressing process is ensured, the fragrance is secondarily adsorbed through a cage-shaped structure when the fragrance is released at a high concentration, the release rate of the fragrance is reduced, and the long-term fragrance release of an artificial board product is realized..
