The invention discloses a surgical field camera system with wireless transmission and intelligent wireless control, which relates to the technical field of medical instruments and comprises a surgical field camera host, a wireless receiver and an intelligent terminal. The surgical field camera host comprises a camera module, a digital image processing module, a key and display module, an image output interface module, a radio frequency communication module and a power supply module, and the camera module is connected with the digital image processing module through a signal line; the digital image processing module is respectively connected with the image output interface module and the radio frequency communication module through signal lines, the radio frequency communication module is in interactive connection with the wireless receiver through wifi, and the wireless receiver is connected with an APP wireless control end through wifi.
