Nano-selenium biological agent for enhancing hydrogen production of photosynthetic bacteria and application of nano-selenium biological agent
The invention discloses a nano-selenium biological agent for enhancing hydrogen production of photosynthetic bacteria and application of the nano-selenium biological agent. The nano-selenium biological agent is nano-selenium SeNPs prepared from escherichia coli MG1655 and sodium selenite through a biological method, or modified nano-selenium Ch-SeNPs or modified nano-selenium Ve-SeNPs obtained by modifying the nano-selenium SeNPs through chitosan or vitamin E. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the nano-selenium biological agent. Under the growth condition of the photosynthetic bacteria, the application concentration of the SeNPs is smaller than or equal to 0.1 mg/L, the application concentration of the Ch-SeNPs is smaller than or equal to 0.5 mg/L, and the application concentration of the Ve-SeNPs is smaller than or equal to 0.25 mg/L. Under the condition that the photosynthetic bacteria do not grow, the application concentration of the Ve-SeNPs is 0.1 mg/L. The nano-selenium biological agent disclosed by the invention has an efficient promotion effect in the aspect of biological hydrogen production and does not cause secondary pollution to the environment..
