Application of polyether compounds K-41B and K-41Bm derived from K-41A in preparation of anti-HIV drugs

The invention discloses an application of polyether compounds K-41B and K-41Bm derived from K-41A in preparation of an anti-HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) drug. According to the invention, three cytovirus infection models of TZM-bl-HIV-1IIIB, MT-2-HIV-1IIIB and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs)-HIV-1BaL are adopted to verify the anti-HIV activity of the polyether compounds. The anti-HIV-1 activity research of polyether compounds K-41B and K-41Bm derived from marine natural products K-41A is carried out in HIV-1 virus strains with different tropism by adopting three cell infection systems for the first time, and the potential anti-HIV action mechanisms of the polyether compounds K-41B and K-41Bm are disclosed by combining multiple experiments, so that the application has original innovativeness, and is a novel application of the polyether compounds K-41B and K-41Bm in HIV-1 virus strains with different tropism. Moreover, the invention finds that K-41B and K-41Bm are possibly potential anti-HIV-1 multi-target inhibitors, effectively inhibit the replication of HIV-1IIIB and HIV-1BaL viruses, have broad-spectrum anti-HIV-1 activity, can be used for preventing or treating HIV infection, and become potential anti-HIV drugs..
