The invention relates to a sun-screening agent-coated composite wall material sun-screening particle and a preparation method and application thereof, the sun-screening agent-coated composite wall material sun-screening particle is an O/W type multi-structure particle, and is obtained by self-assembling, crosslinking or curing a porous particle adsorbing a sun-screening agent and a protein serving as a sealing agent, self-assembled protein and an emulsifier are attached outside the particles; the composite wall material sunscreen particles coated with the sunscreen agent are independent sphere-like particles, the particle size distribution is 1-12 microns, the coating rate is 18-32.71%, and the encapsulation rate is 47.8-73.7%. Compared with the prior art, the composite wall material sunscreen particles coated with the sunscreen agent are stable in structure, not prone to leakage and absorption by skin, capable of being well dispersed in a water phase system, good in compatibility with a formula, capable of effectively reducing the use amount of an oil phase used for dissolving the sunscreen agent in a sunscreen product and avoiding precipitation, good in stability, good in stability and good in stability.
