Method for isolating neoantigen-specific T cell receptor sequences
Methods of isolating paired T cell receptor (TCR) alpha and beta chain sequences or antigen-binding portions thereof are disclosed. Also disclosed are methods of automatically identifying TCR alpha and beta chain V segment sequences and CDR3 sequences of TCRs that have antigen specificity for mutated amino acid sequences encoded by cancer-specific mutations. Also disclosed are methods of making cell populations expressing paired TCR [alpha] and [beta] chain sequences or antigen-binding portions thereof. Isolated pairs of TCR [alpha] and [beta] chain sequences and isolated populations of cells prepared by the methods are also disclosed..
