Application of phlorizin in inhibition of epithelial-mesenchymal transition and malignant progression of nervous system tumors
The invention discloses an application of phlorizin (Phlorizin) in inhibition of epithelial-mesenchymal transition and malignant progression of nervous system tumors. According to the application, by detecting a nervous system tumor cell line, it is found that the expression level of FAM13A-001 is related to malignant progression of nervous system tumors, phlorizin can be specifically combined with a CCD structural domain of FAM13A-001 protein, and therefore the malignant progression of the nervous system tumors is inhibited. For FAM13A-001 high-expression nervous system tumors, the phlorizin has an especially obvious treatment effect, and has relatively good safety of in-vivo application drugs. According to the method, an effective technical means is provided for guiding individualized treatment of specific subtype nervous system tumor patients and optimizing a treatment scheme to achieve maximum treatment benefits, the overall lifetime of the cranial nervous system tumor patients can be prolonged, and the progress of an accurate treatment scheme for nervous system tumors is promoted..
