Rectal cancer extramural blood vessel invasion prediction method and equipment based on combination of machine learning and amide proton transfer imaging

The invention provides a rectal cancer extramural blood vessel infringement prediction method and device based on machine learning in combination with amide proton transfer (APT), and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a nuclear magnetic resonance image of a rectal cancer solid tumor patient, carrying out the standardization processing of an original image, and obtaining a rectal cancer solid tumor APT nuclear magnetic resonance image data set; constructing a rectal cancer extramural blood vessel invasion prediction model, and training the rectal cancer extramural blood vessel invasion prediction model through the rectal cancer solid tumor nuclear magnetic resonance image data set; the real-time nuclear magnetic resonance image of the rectal cancer solid tumor patient is subjected to standardization processing and then input into the trained rectal cancer extramural blood vessel invasion prediction model, and an output prediction result is the real-time extramural blood vessel invasion state of the APT nuclear magnetic resonance image of the rectal cancer solid tumor patient. Compared with a traditional MR image, the method can accurately predict the EMVI state of the rectal cancer patient, further guides a clinician to select a proper treatment scheme, and brings more accurate treatment to the patient..
